i am eating my idea of heaven in a sandwich:

goats cheese
rocket
spinach
roasted vegetables (peppers and sun dried tomatoes)
all in a toasted ciabatta. it is so so good. goats cheese is amazing, if you don't like it you're clearly a bit stupid and probably eat too much mild cheddar to appreciate real cheese.

can you top my sandwich? probably not. but try! meat entries accepted but i won't be able to accurately judge them.
