I've just done this without even knowing and the bastards have blocked my credit cards without even telling me or trying to resettle the outstanding the sum (a poultry £33 I mght add!). Surely they would have contacted me 1st to let me know i missed a payment....no?

NOW i can't buy anything on the internet even after contacting them and paying them what i owe.......
