Where is the best site to stream whole episodes from?

I've been on loads which either haven't had the episodes in spite of the fact that they claim to, mislabelled episodes or just won't open at all.

Preferably a site that doesn't insist I download some sort of player or tries to implant spyware in my laptop...oh, or which accuses me of living in Swindon then shows me pictures of the implausibly sexy 'local sluts' that apparently want to meet me.
