Ok so I have a small problem, I'm on the pill and I have a phone alarm that goes off every night at 9:30 to remind me to take it, it went off last night and I turned it off because I was having tea, but then I forgot to take it.

So I'm trying to work out what to do now, just take the pill meant for today and continue on leaving yesterdays pill or what? I had a leaflet about it but I can't find it.

Help.
