I need to exorcise this as I cannot get it out of my head.

Last night, on realising we were starving, dearest Moker and I decided to get some Chinese food in from my local in Tottenham.

On shredding my crispy duck, I was unhappy to discover a cockroach stuck to aforementioned crispy duck.

The horror was so great I could not even scream.

This has never happened to me before and I am officially traumatised.
