when one housemate moves out next week, do I:

(a) move in to his big nice attic room, which is £70 per month more in rent, and would also require me to spend money on a bed and other furniture, which I don't really have and would only be needed for about a year because i'm planning to do a runner out of this country soon.
or;

(b) stay in the room i'm in now, which is incredibly (too) small, but a frigging steal in rent. Of course if my glorious plan to quit sheffield fails, and someone takes the nice big attic room and i stay here, I might miss out on it FOREVER.
