involuntary utterances

alcxxk [Edit] [Delete] 12:32, 5 August '08

as i've got older i've slowly lost the ability to control my reaction to things in the form of words.

at work i keep going "oh god" and "oh lord" when some "interesting" email pops up, which is something i always used to consider retarded in other people.

much worse is that i've actually caught myself saying such things as "bouncy bouncy" under my breath upon seeing well endowed women on the tube and stuff.

i think it mainly happens on the tube or when i'm listening to headphones, cos the sonic landscape is so weird and sounds don't seem to relate to their sources properly.

anyway

1) anyone else have this much? anecdotes pls

2) any simple solutions to stop this happening?
