advise for performing whilst ill

snow_brigade [Edit] [Delete] 17:13, 5 August '08

(that's what she said)

have you ever had to sing or bounce around a little bit on stage?
were you feeling slightly under the weather at the time?
are vital parts of your voice not really up for the task in hand at the best of times let alone when you're ill?

if the answers to any of these questions are yes, YOU might be able to prescribe the best course of action for ME to take shortly, beside obviously moan a lot that I can't load any gear in or out of anywhere etc.

To conclude, best ways to hold of illness for one last hurrah before the Epstein-Barr* virus takes its evil hold again.

*may just be fatigue related sniffles
