so yeah, i've started this new thing at work where ever day i write a new fun fact on the whiteboard for everyone in my team to gaze in amazement at. obviously i'm not in work at the moment because of what happened at the weekend, but i have been looking at some fun facts in the interim to prepare me for when i go back to work.

i stumbled across this gem, about our favourite surprisingly hair thick-skinned friend, the armadillo. read the shit out of this fact:

armadillos have four babies at a time, always all the same sex. they are perfect quadruplets, the fertilized cell split into quarters, resulting in four identical armadillos.

how amazing is that? very. does anyone else have any facts that i will enjoy? or even ones i won't enjoy? or does anyone just want to say something? get it off your chest.
