on the middle of your nostril. i think it's called your septum. mine's all wonky from it being broke lots of times, though you can't tell from the outside. this is a weird place to have a persistent sore spot, isn't it? the kind that feels like the skin's been taken off and hurts a little to breathe. i've got cancer, haven't i?
