So i had the first day of my lifeguard course today and god am i knackered after 9 hours of it!...lots of pool work, first aid and the like. Was quite good though. I am going to sleep like a baby tonight. But hey ho up at 0715 for an 0800 start again tomorrow!

ps my exam is on saturday so no DiS BBQ for me :( (i only found this out today)
