Music Social More…

music journalism and product placement

cadd [Edit] [Delete] 00:00, 13 August '08

have been following a recurring theme in the paper I read, The Herald. On the music review page, the CD Of The Week, Coldplay or whoevers newest release will get the big box at the top of the page with coloured borders etc. The regular score though is 3 stars out of 5. In the smaller boxes below, at least one cd will be ranked four stars out of five and last week there was one which scored five out of five. This wasn't CD Of The Week though, that went to one by a bigger name which scored three out of five, as usual

So, to any music journos out there, why is this ?
