I got a nice letter back this morning saying here’s £ 3218.97 as a gesture of goodwill. Please, don’t take us to court or the FSO to reclaim our unfair charges because we’ll have to pay you interest on top of that and your costs.

Admittedly the cash was mine in the first place but, you don’t realise over the course of time just how much banks cream off of you; Especially if your crap with your finances.

Three grand for half an hours work. …Result!
