- two men this morning at breakfast were intoning about the revelatory ANGELS AND DEMONs by Dan Brown, stating it was the best book they had read. the twists and the chapters they consversed... and how i snorted with smugness.

- just there radio 1 where playing Automatic STEVE MCQUEEN and one man just said "what the fuck are they singing about a dead bloke fur" to which someone replied "steve mcqueen's no dead ya prick, doesn't he play fur inverness caley or something"
