No medals yet today but TEAM CYCLING - the men's team sprint on the track in 10 minutes. Yay! I like track cycling. One thing it reminds me of is speed skating from the winter olympics. Though the speed skating is funnier because they're all in completely body-covering national-colours lyrca and Netherlands in particular look very funny like that

Also: Sexy Sotherton fifth after two events - now I always thought the 110m hurdles and high jump were two of her strongest events, I'm slightly wrong, but she was disappointed with her high jump performance and seeing as she still can't throw a javelin for toffee (that's tomorrow, mind), it's looking a bit peaky early on
