My frind and her boyfriend are coming through to London tomorrow for the whole day.

I am at a loss as to what "interesting" things we (and our other halves)can do.

Basically I need to find things to do

1. Between 1 and 7 pm

2. Somewhere nice to go for a curry

3. Somewhere good to go later on that plays maybe a bit of pop (she likes R&B, I don't and the compromise is going to a "poppy" place)or dance (but not mega-dance)

I just want to give her a nice fun day in Central-ish London without a) sitting in a pub for 11 hours and b) not breaking the bank.

Any tips?

And while we're at it - where can I find a decent selection of Converse trainers in London? I need some.
