We had fillets cooked in a honey and mustard marinade last night.

MMM DELICIOUS, you might think.

Me too. On getting them out the oven, I couldn't resist trying some of the marinade that had slipped off on to the oven dish.

Was the marinade white hot? You bet.

Did it stick to my finger? Take a guess.

Did I scream like a girl? Naturally.

Did I then, instead of running over to the sink to wash it off, attempt to lick off the hot, hot, honey/mustard/skin mixture off? Of course.

Did my tongue and lip then burn too? Did they ever!

Still, the cheesy mash was good.
