Hello!

I'm having some trouble trying to sort out the girlfriend's parents' computer.

She installed iTunes and somehow managed to make the DVD and CD drive on the computer disappear on the computer. It doesn't appear on My Computer/Media Player/anything else.

The iTunes thing may be purely coincidental but has been uninstalled now anyway.

Can anyone help me get them back and earn me some serious bonus points with the in-laws?
