I have to fill in this 4 page disclosure form in order to work and it is asking me EVERYTHING. Why do they need to know my previous address? info on my passport, driving license AND birth certificate...why all three forms of ID? It's silly, oh and i'm not filling in this equal opportunities form, well i will, but i till tick 'prefer not to say' in every option...i hate things like this.
