I know, I'm a bit late to the party on this one. Some notes:

Shane seems to have turned into a complete lunatic. I still can't believe he told the Armenian's about Vic and Ronnie ripping off the money train.

This Cruz guy seems extremely dodgy.

Hiatt has absolutely zero personality and is pretty rubbish.

Billings is a bit of tosser, isn't he?

Mackey finding all that blackmail stuff that belonged to Cruz in the boot of that car seemed too easy, but I couldn't see how else he was going to save his job.

Ronnie looks dead inside, but I still like him.
