So my boss is off sick, and the big boss just got back off holidays and was checking my boss's e-mails to see if he had anything urgent in there.

There was of course, my request for a reference for a new job.

I was planning to tell him in his own time, but I got rumbled.

So instead of being able to give my reasons while handing in my resignation, I've got him constantly hounding me about what he can do to keep me. And being so embarassed at the way in which I got caught out I agreed to have a meeting with him for him to propose ways of keeping me.

Ah for fuck's sake, I knew this would happen.

Getting rumbled, the worst sensation in the world?
