hi iv got a zen m model and im wonderin if anyone could help me out,when i atttach the usb cable instead of saying "docked" its just charging and doesnt seem to connect,the wee box pops up giving me the options what id like to do "open containing folder" etc but even when i do that it says that the player isnt connected,it just charges.

Has anyone ever had similiar problems?
