They must be one of the most uncomfortable afflictions ever. I've been waddling about for days now 'cause there here new work shoes are cheap and chondy and have carved a ridge at the top of my heel.

Now, I'm sure everyone gets this but it happens to me every time I buy new shoes or hard backed trainers or the like. Bastard.

Is there a solution to my woes?
