I love Image comics, I do, but Spawn is just shit. I read a few issues there, and he's one of the least interesting comic book anti-heroes ever created. I feel no empathy for him or his actions, and it rides on the whole cyber-punk, "Hell is an Iron Maiden music video" thing way too much.

Style over substance, people.
