What IS the point of having a service provider that you pay money to if a 4-point trip to Asia involves a 40 minute telephone conversation with the travel agent, who incidentally, doesn't even know where our fucking offices are anymore, because they no longer have maps showing them where WE are and where the hotels are?

"We're not allowed to reply to you on email. It doesn't take priority".
"So, you aren't allowed to or you don't want to?"
"Well, it doesn't take priority".

= we forget to check the inbox but now that I've got you on the phone I'm going to be really really nice and bloody well keep you on it for 40 mins anyway.
