One quite large double room available in a flatshare in Shoreditch, to move in on 14th October (I think - give or take a day).

Has small lounge and kitchen but 4 massive bedrooms and a huge roof terrace looking out over Old Street, which is the best part of the house but irritatingly has only been used twice in any real capacity this summer due to the shitty weather. Bathroom is pretty average to be fair

Sharing with three others - one girl, 28, who works for a charity, one guy in his late thirties who runs a website + me, 26, Conservative MP for Blaby.

Rent is £535pcm, but with council tax/elec/Sky/cleaner works out at a shade under £600pcm all up. For some unknown reason the flat never gets charged for gas which is a nice bonus.
