Hello, yep, another room available thread. This one is better though.

I'm moving out of my house and thus am offering my lovely room to anyone who might be interested.

It's a big room, with a lovely double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a big shelving thing, on the ground floor.

Its in a 4 bed Victorian house located about 5 mins walk from Turnpike Lane tube station, with the wonderful Green Lanes just around the corner, containing ace greengrocers, off licenses seemingly open 24 hours, along with the Salisbury Hotel (nicest pub in London) and the Beaconsfield, shower of all things sport ever, and every Arsenal game, if that's your thing. Not to mention the delightful lemon cafe. Haringey = <3

You'd be living with 3 other housemates, 2 female, 1 male.

Money stuff: The rent is £433 p/m. Council tax - £45p/m Gas and electricity - £25p/m

Moving in date would be 10 October or thereabouts.
