Does anyone else suffer from this? It used to be only an occasional thing when I was under a lot of stress and pressure, but now it's pretty much permanent. It only winds me up further and makes me feel very edgy and ratty.

Any suggestions for how to help stop it? Am planning on seeing a doc, but when I'm back in the UK...
