The main problem with this being that I can see is that everyone will be quite keen to classify themselves under 're-bonding' or 'community'-type drinkers. Not a bad start though in that it recognises that different 'types' of problem behaviour need different approaches; though I'm not even sure that cutting people down into nine groups is actually specific enough.
