I think I know the answer to this but:

If you have a problem at work, have raised it with your managers etc. and feel they've not done as much as they should to resolve the problem, what is the next logical step? Is it to go to HR?

Unfortunately (and oddly given that I'm pretty Socialist) I've never joined a Union. Would this be a good step?
