have to admit i always thought the dangers were exagerrated, but a trip to the doctor lately told me otherwise. despite the fact that the only time i ever smoke is on maybe one night out in every two weeks, after examining me he told me i had a smoker's chest and asked if i lived with smokers. i said yes, but that i tended to avoid being around the smoke as much as possible, leave windows open all the time, etc..
but he told me that this was fairly futile, as apparently the really damaging particles of smoke hang around in the air for hours and hours, seep through the walls and upstairs and so on..he then added that if i'm living with smokers the i'm more than likely smoking the equivalent of ten fags DAILY. shocker. wonder will i have to get nicotine patches when i move out?
