Is having major issues with his girlfriend's past, because a) she's slept with more people than he has and b) he feels he can't woo her in the same way they did.

If he doesn't come to terms with it I think their relationship's doomed, and it seems like such a silly thing to end it over...

So. How do you, or have you dealt with someone else's past, or how would you recommend he does it?
