This morning, someone in one of our support centres sent an email to the ENTIRE company asking to swap shifts. This has lead to everyone recieving emails from across the world asking 'Please take me off this distribution list'. I have recieved nearly 150 emails saying that this morning.

ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!

This is also affecting the planning of the weekend, as I cannot receive any other emails due to the sheer volume of these complaints.

On the plus side, I just had a video conference, and discovered we are having a team bonding trip to haydock races. Woop.
