I've worked in my dad's factory three days a week, initially for 60 quid, then recently for nothing, because my mum/dad are skint. Does this count as work? I don't know whether to mention it to the benefits people because it was cash in hand, below the minimum wage. It was more like pocket money for helping him, rather than a wage. The last time I was genuinely employed was 2004, delivering leaflets for the council with my mates, I've no idea what month this was though, so I can't give a date for my last day of employment, and I have no slips or details about how much I got paid. What am I gonna say when they ring me up? I've just applied online.
