seriously, it's EVERYWHERE.

i went to a number of different places, and there was just dog shit all over the streets. no one picked it up. everyone seemed to have dogs. these dogs shat in the road. and it stayed there.

why? WHY? i've never been anywhere like this.

also, there seem to be many gangs of white trustafarian types that own gangs of dogs and sell handpainted crappy ashtrays. is this common?
