When my housemate asked me yesterday if I minded if she brought home a little man with her to stay the night, yesterday I said I didn't care... I was out to dinner anyway last night.

This morning, as I was brushing my teeth in teh bathroom, I heard the little pitter patter of claws and looked down to see one of these critters looking at me:

She was looking after said dog for her boss.

I am seriously thinking about taking the plunge next year and getting a dog (FINALLY!!! after wanting one properly for about five years) after April as I'll be in Oz then for a bit trip around Easter time... so getting one for myself for my bday and the summer in May.

ARGH - I love these dogs. Anyone else got a dog and will you tell me I'm mad for even thinking of it??

NB - I was almost a girl Mowgli growing up and had pretty much every pet possible around me in multiple quantities so am cool with the animal kingdom.
