i was reading a customer review of the reading moat house hotel on the internet (not for fun, ive got a shit job) and this really riled me:

"Booked the hotel over the phone, very quicky answered which is always good polite and very on the ball!! came to the hotel looked at grounds were nice and spacious as walking into the hotel noticed the disabled parking good and on top of that a lift!!! as walked into the hotel was greeted by a very lovely young receptionist very polite and well presented, good knowledge of the hotel!!! staff in bar areas were polite and also staff and breakfast and dinner!!"

Why is that many !s necessary? what does this guy talk like in real life? i bet not much like that.
