OK so in a ridiculous attempt to watch the new episode of The Office online (It wasn't even on I have since learned). I downloaded some spyware or anti virus thing and it is F-ing up my PC big time. I can't get rid of it.

Has anyone got experience of this and how to go back to the computer I had an hour ago? So far shouting and crossing my fingers has not done anything. Also anyone suggesting turning it off and on again will be dealt with in a painful way.

Please Dis don't make me have to ask my Dad, think of my male pride!
