the person next to her (the boss) is doing the comforting. the rest of us are just staring forward as if nothing has happened. i feel a bit heartless, but i dont think she wants the attention. what would you do?

this reminds me of the story my mate Jon told me when a man on a busy tube was sick, and nobody said a word. Jon, who got a bit on his shoe, went to look in his bag to see if he had any tissues, but the man already got some of his own out...in the end Jon didnt even take his earphones out. whats wrong with people?
