4 in the morning

alcofrolic [Edit] [Delete] 04:04, 8 October '08

I'm curious, if you don't DO anything during the day, do you just not get tired? I can't say I've ever experienced this before and I've spent a LOT of days doing nothing... But I got up at about 9.30 - 10am, went to a lecture, have done some unpacking and tidying, had a shower etc, and somehow got to 4am and I'm not tired... I didn't have a nap, though I did get very sleepy late afternoon/early evening ish... It's not good tbh, I don't like going to bed until I'm so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open - it's never been this late before.

Tomorrow I might try making myself go to bed, and possibly turn the laptop off - though I like streaming something or watching a film to get me to sleep. I would use ipod but right now I'm not sure what I want to listen to in bed - I'm listening to stuff that wouldn't be conducive to sleep most of the time...

Sigh, probably 0 replies. How's 3am in the UK?
