1) When does the game end? Or is there not actually any set time?

2) Is there a way of making a player stop disliking another player? A player of mine has been quoted in the media as saying he wants to join Napoli, this made another player unhappy with him. The guy who's unhappy is more important to me, but ideally I'd like to keep both of them.
