LWP: properly mental fans of bands.

prole-art-threat [Edit] [Delete] 15:08, 14 October '08

A while ago I was doing some temp blah job at LU and I had a fellow temp who was a French girl who was obsessed to the point of incarceration with Matt Bellamy of Muse - she even knew his parent's address and had bought every version of Telstar by the Tornados because his Dad had 'drummed' on it which set the alarm bells ringing. However, apart from going to every gig in every country, her main 'madness' was the fact that at three gigs she had found out where his hotel was and had got in twice and 'waited on the bed' for him 'just to talk and he was quite calm' and the third time got in a fell asleep next to him. She also talked with a cold stare about a 'rival' girl who was adcvancing the madness stakes by actually inviting herself around to his parent's house or something.

It wasn't bullshit because the madness and mania was there in her eyes for a start. I was happy that they got rid of me for 'refusing to wear a tie', when all I was doing was scanning electricty bills facing a wall in the corner, so Lord know what happened to her.

Anyone beat this sort of real life fan madness?
