I was sat there t work today thinking of my first love.....do you think it's true in saying that you always hold something for them?

I think so in a way, but it's a little different for me. I was but a boy of 15, we spent many happy months together and it was really good, first REAL girlfriend type thing. Anywho, she dumped me as she didn't like the distance once i went back to military school. It took me ages to get over her and last year just as i turned 17 i was back in contact with her and i really hoped for something to happen again, but it turned out she was going out with someone who i kind of knew....anyway, the three of us, plus one or two more are all really good friends and what not now and spend lots of time together.

So whilst at work today i remembered when i was with her and it seems like ages ago, and wierd in-fact, plainly because we are now such good friends and her boyfriend who she shares a flat with is also such a good friend and i wouldnever even think about getting back with her as tonight i truly realised that i have been over her for some months now...but it's true what they say, your first love is quite hard if not impossible to get over.
