Music Social More…

who here reads books?

dan_thw [Edit] [Delete] 20:06, 12 November '08

I didn't really read many due to a combination of ignorance / focus on music / football manager / going out a lot, but since reading Dostoyevsky's Crime and Punishment, (and getting halfway through The House Of The Dead) I've realised I should probably read more books.

I just hit the charity shops of Epsom and selected a few potential £2 gems off the shelf :

The Bonfire Of The Vanities by Tom Wolfe
American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis
The Name Of The Rose by Umberto Eco
Life After God by Douglas Coupland
On The Road by Jack Kerouac
Dead Souls by Nikolai Gogol
Ulysses by James Joyce

Thoughts on all the above (including the Dostoyevsky)? What do I have to look forward to? No Spoilers!
