So I finally found out that cunt-man is screaming at the top of his voice at a dog. If it's the guy I think it is, he has several of the little yappy ones.

He lives somewhere really near to me but I'm not exactly sure where.
Not only does it depress the fuck out of me to hear him screaming "you cunt, you fucking cunt, I'm going to fucking kill you" for five minute stretches - but surely this must be pretty bad for the dog? It's probably pooing itself all over the place because it's so scared of him, which makes him worse which makes the dog worse.

This used to be about once a fortnight but now it seems to be once or twice a day.

I can ignore this or I can report him to the RSPC or something (but I don't know which house he lives in). It's a bit difficult to ignore because he's SO loud with it though.

I don't even like dogs but it's upsetting me.
