Although the Zelda series pisses me off to high hell, I loved that bit in Ocarina of Time where the whole bullshit story was expalined to you and then at the end the flying lightbulb that followed you around went

"Do you understand your destiny?
YES
NO"

What a great question!

In general I'm a massive fan of awful dialogue or caption writing in computer games. My personal favourite is in Resident Evil 2 where upon entering a shop and confronted with a shotgun, you charcter uttered the immortal line "Hold your fire! I'm a human!". Amazing scenes.
