so i've been "resting in bed" for the last few days, "sweating it out" and taking "plenty of fluids" but I still feel like utter garbage. my head feels so heavy and every muscle in my body is struggling.
anyone got any tips of speeding up my recovery? any awesome remedies that may shake a couple of the symptoms? or is it just a case of waiting for it to "run its course"?
