So I had the worst night of sleep last night. I couldn't get warm, ended up wrapped in sheet, duvet and sleeping bag. Feeling shivery today but sweating slightly but I have to drive to London tonight for work thing tomorrow and see some family.

I've got satsumas and pain killers. What else can I take to make me feel better?
