Bit of a boring question but when i was driving home hung over to fuck this morning it dawned on me that in the year 2010 the system which they use on number plates will have to change.

Currently you have 08 if you bought a car at the beginning of this year and 58 if you bought one in the second half of the year. So what are they going to do in the future? Has anyone other than me given it any thought?
