When SHIT GETS REAL (computer game-centric)

Zapsta [Edit] [Delete] 01:54, 3 December '08

What's this thread going to be about? Who knows? Okay, I'll tell: Recently, I have become owner of a brand new laptop, and have thusly been playing a lot of computer games which I was previously not able to play. In fact, I hadn't really played computer games for years, with the exception of Pro Evo.

Unfortunately, I have focused my efforts so far and possibly two of the most involving games of all time, namely Football Manager 2009 and Fallout 3. As such, the line between my in-game lives and my actual life has at time become slightly blurred. I have already found myself wondering why Harry Redknapp isn't playing Huntelaar (I signed Huntelaar for Spurs on Football Manager) and being petrified on the Tube (the subway system in Fallout is populated by mutants and zombies). Is this normal? I bet it is. So please, share your computer game-induced "shit just got real" experiences with me.
